Electronic Palliative Care Coordination Systems

Electronic Palliative Care Coordination Systems (EPaCCS) enable the recording and sharing of people’s care preferences and key details about their treatment choices with those delivering their care.

With a patient’s consent, they allow rapid access across care boundaries to key information about an individual approaching the end of life, including their expressed preferences for care, making sure they receive the right care in the right place, by the right person, at the right time.
