Undergraduate Centre

The Undergraduate Centre is responsible for the educational learning for Birmingham Medical School Students and offers a range of IT, audio, visual and teaching equipment. The majority of student teaching takes place here, as well as courses and workshops.

The Ron Grimley Undergraduate Centre opened for medical studies in 2005. Mr Rehman is currently Head of Clinical Teaching Academy and has been since 2011. His role is to make sure students placements run as smoothly as possible.

The RGUC provides teaching for up to 130 medical students and hosts exams throughout the year. The majority of those are clinical placements in 3rd, 4th or 5th years.
