The Division provides services both within the hospital and across the community being an integrated Trust, also has within its portfolio is Imaging and Pathology. The division has a real transformation agenda that will support the Trust with its ambitious projects to be the safest and most efficient within the NHS.

The Director of Operations role is critical to the success of the organisation to achieve the organisations ambitious objectives. Successful candidates will possess exceptional leadership skills, expert business knowledge and significant experience at working at an operational/strategic level where they have managed significant portfolios of delivery.
